Personaly, I considered this very insuling. To make matters worse, when I did get A window machine running on and went to the setup screen,
They told me I needed to come back with internet explorer.
Then I used IE, and they downloaded an app to my computer, ( why I couldn't do that with Firefox is a puzzle to me )
The Application they downloaded crashed my comptuter the first time it ran.
After my reboot, I got back to the screen, I needed to re-download the ap and this time it didn't crash.
So I go through screens where I set username and password, ( why I couln't do that with ajax in firefox , again a puzzle)
then I get to a screen where it wants to download apps to my computer, ( several of which I can not unselect) but I can't get past this screen.
I call tech support, and essentialy she tells me that I can just skip this step by quiting the program, ( the modem had already been activeated) So I was probably better off. still, It was crappy , unnedded install program that I didn't want to deal with in the first place.
