A graphical visualization of rhte US federal budget It's intersting, but it lacks the "entitlement" which would really change the perspectives. Also, I seem to have herd that part of the millitary personell budgets are actualy retirement and the VA hospital system, which isn't really "millitary spending" in the classical sense. One could argue, that paying pensions is part of the cost of having a millitary, but it's not something that could be "cut" like the budget for a new figter jet.
