This is a cool trick I found:

to disable printing, include this css file:
to disable select and copy (text or images), include his JavaScript file: or my local copy
Standard disclaimers: If someone really wants your content, this won't keep them from getting it. This just makes it a little harder. I wouldn't use this on my own website, because if I'm willing to post something, it can be copied.
A customer of mine requested this functionality, so I provided it, but I told them as well, this is not any kind of assurance that the content can't be copied.
